Akampa was born from a simple observation: the tech industry's rapid growth had created a massive gap between talented professionals seeking meaningful work and companies struggling to find the right people.
Our founder, Roop Tyagi, experienced this firsthand as an engineering leader at major tech companies. He saw brilliant engineers stuck in unfulfilling roles and companies missing out on exceptional talent because of broken recruitment processes.
